The project occupies the plot of a former convent in ruins, close to the city wall of the XIV century. The building has a U-shaped form, with two opposite access that lead to a semi-public interior court with a portico. The ground floor and the basements are offices, whereas the three top floors are residential apartments.

The exterior composition of facades and the treatment of the roof adapt in a contemporary way to the specific regulation of the Master Plan for the Historical City Centre. A great base of stone acts like a plinth and helps to solve the strong difference between the surrounding street levels. The façade finished with stucco of crushed ceramic shows an explicit will of contextualización with the systematic repetition of a few vertical openings.
